Games and Gaming in Your Library: Opportunities, Pitfalls, Advice

Online

Academic libraries have traditionally focused on instruction, workshops
and outreach. More recently, they have started to consider programming
opportunities that are not solely focused on instruction - programs that
consider the whole students, rather than just their academic side. In
this roundtable discussion, learn about and share your experiences with
implementing games and gaming into your library programming. Even if you
do not have a formal gaming program, or don’t have ready access to
games, come and learn about ways that you can get started in your
library.
