Policy and Advocacy Work For Academic Library Workers: A Round Table Discussion

Online

Curious about the current discussions in policy and advocacy trends in
the library world? Heard about the #eBooksForAll campaign or Digital
Equity Act 2019? This round table discussion centers on how all academic
library workers can support advocacy and policy development work in
their respective communities and/or nationally. The discussion will
cover the opportunities and resources in developing one's advocacy
background, particularly for higher education. Whether you are new or
experienced in these areas, we welcome all library workers to share
their experiences and perspectives on policy development and advocacy
work. All attendees are welcome to learn more ways to get involved.
