I love this program! And the fact that both training and visits are paid. I would love to see the long-term impact of the program on the 1st years and the LAs, as your question states, and how one would go about assessing that. Great work!
Thanks, Alix! Fortunately we’re participating in a first year student success study (CSU-wide) that includes the LA visits, which should give us some data. We also survey students in the classes, and your idea to measure impact on the LAs is excellent.
